What you can buy or request through this website, and on what conditions.
Who you are dealing with
This website is run for the tattoo artist known as Lade Faction. The seller's registered details are published at the bottom of this page. Payments for the online course are taken by a payment platform acting as merchant of record: you buy the course from that platform and it issues your invoice. Merchandise and tattoo sessions are agreed directly with the seller.
The online course
The course is delivered online. What each plan includes, and what it costs, is set out on the home page and forms part of these terms. Access is given once the payment platform confirms your payment, and the instructions are sent to the email address used at checkout. A plan is for one person and access is not transferable.
Merchandise
Merchandise is offered here as a pre-order. Sending a pre-order is a request, not a purchase: nothing is charged on this website, and there is no contract until the seller has confirmed the item, the price and the delivery cost with you and you have agreed to pay. Sizes, colours and prices shown on the site are indicative until that confirmation.
Tattoo sessions
Tattoo sessions are requested through the booking form and quoted individually, once the artist has seen the idea and its size. A deposit confirms a booking; it is agreed and paid outside this website, which never takes a payment for a session. The conditions of that deposit are the ones set out on the booking page.
Refunds and cancellations
Refunds are covered by the refund policy, which is part of these terms and is linked at the bottom of every page.
Course material
The course material, and the texts and images on this website, belong to the artist. You may use the course material to learn from. You may not copy, share, publish or resell it, and access can be withdrawn without a refund if you do.
Liability
The course teaches technique. It does not replace the training, licensing and hygiene rules that apply where you work, and you remain responsible for working legally and safely in your own country. Nothing here limits the consumer rights you have by law and cannot waive.
Changes to these terms
These terms can change. The version published here when you place an order is the one that applies to it, and the date of the last change is shown at the top of this page.

Questions about these terms go to the contact address published at the bottom of this page. The terms are governed by the law of the country where the seller is registered, without affecting the consumer rights you have where you live.
