Refund policy
Draft. This text has not been reviewed by a lawyer yet. It is published so that it can be read and corrected, and it is not the final wording.
What can be refunded, who handles it and how to ask.
Online course
Payments for the course are taken by a payment platform acting as merchant of record, so a refund for the course is processed by that platform and paid back to the card or account you used. The course is digital content delivered immediately: where consumer law gives you a right to withdraw you keep it, and where you asked for immediate access and agreed to start straight away that right can end once access has been given. Ask by writing to the contact address at the bottom of this page, or through the platform's own receipt, and the request will be passed on.
Merchandise pre-orders
A pre-order is not a payment, so there is nothing to refund: you can cancel it at any time before you agree to pay, by replying to the confirmation email. Once an item has been paid for and sent, write to the contact address below if it arrives damaged, faulty or different from what was agreed, and it will be replaced or refunded.
Tattoo session deposits
Deposits for tattoo sessions are agreed and paid outside this website, so they are not refunded through it. The conditions are the ones on the booking page: the deposit confirms the booking, and it is returned in full if the session is cancelled by the artist.
How to ask for a refund
Write to the contact address published at the bottom of this page with your name, the email address used for the order and what you bought. Requests are answered by email and, whatever the outcome, you will be told the reason.
Seller
The seller's registered details are not published yet. They will appear here before any sale is taken through this website.
