What this website does with the personal data you send it.
Who is responsible
The seller named at the bottom of this page decides what happens to the personal data collected through this website, and is who to contact about it.
What is collected
Only what you type into a form: your name and email address and, depending on the form, the plan or item you are interested in, your message, and for a tattoo session request the details of your idea, the city and dates you want, your Instagram handle if you give it, and any reference images you upload. If you buy the course, the payment platform also passes on your name, your email address and what you bought.
What it is used for
To answer your enquiry, to arrange a session or a pre-order, and to give you access to the course you bought and write to you about it. Nothing is sold to anyone, and you are not added to a marketing list without being asked first.
Who else sees it
The companies that run this website on the seller's behalf: the hosting provider, the content management system where the site is edited and where course purchases are recorded, and the email provider that delivers the messages. Access to the course is given through a private group on a messaging app. The payment platform that takes course payments handles the payment itself, and this website never sees your card details. That platform is named here once course sales open.
How long it is kept
Enquiries and session requests are kept while the conversation is still useful and then deleted. Purchase records are kept for as long as accounting law requires.
Your rights
You can ask what data is held about you, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, and object to its use. Write to the contact address published at the bottom of this page. If there is a data protection authority where you live, you can also complain to it.
Cookies
There are no advertising or analytics cookies on this website, and you are not tracked. One cookie remembers the language you chose, so the site opens in it next time. Nothing else is stored in your browser.
